Message	i backed out the deal because he said mixed up the dates when he got the exhaust. i played it safe, emailed him and told him i cancelled the cashier's check and wont go on with the deal. he responded back and was pretty mad, and i offered to pay the ebay fees, and he aggreed. later on that day, he said he went and deposit the check!?! i know he didnt deposit that check; he just wanted me to think that so i can offer to pay the $25 fee, and i did.
